This upcoming Sunday we all have to set our watches back an hour, but the internet is making sure to remind you not to set back our country 50 years on Tuesday- Gotta love these e-cards!
Why are they suggesting this? Well, because Trump’s policies will likely Make America «great» again… to what greatness looked like for past generations full of militarism and nationalism. Nowadays, with the internet and modern globalism we have achieved so many unimaginable things…that if we were to make America «great» again we might lose. Ever thought about those amazing vacations you took not so long ago to a different country and how easy is was to navigate? What about when you went abroad or someone you loved did? How amazing is it to have all this technology in our hands where we are able to communicate with them like if they were 5 miles away. We take for granted these little things that we have achieved thanks to globalism.
Trump supporters are certainly not global supporters… probably because they haven’t been able to adapt to the wonders of living in a global world, or maybe they just have never left their town/ the US, and just base their knowledge on commonalities. Living in an interconnected world has not only provided individuals with more information, but it has connected common values around the world, so we can work together for:
- Protecting our environment (Global warming is a real thing people)
- Preventing world wars (The world clearly does not like Trump)
- Creating movements against issues that affect us all (let’s stop human trafficking)
- Between many others…
If you need a list of reasons why not to vote for Trump, you have come to the right place….but please don’t be close minded and adapt to your surroundings by reading these articles. This election is not to be taken lightly and neither is your research…
- He is promoting hatred against minorities… Come on! not all Muslims are terrorist and not all Hispanics are illegal immigrants!
- He wants to build a wall in Mexico paid by the Mexican government.…yeah cause everything about that sentence make COMPLETE sense
- He has filed bankruptcy numerous times – what a great businessman!
- He is one of those wealthy that has taken advantage of the tax loopholes… Probably why he does not want to release his taxes…but then makes it all about some Carlos Danger emails. UGH
- He has numerous people who have accused him of sexual assault….Bill Cosby gets hate, but Trump gets nothing for it?

What has Trump ever done for America to make it great? Why should we trust a chauvinistic, disrespectful, racist, bigot, and condescending individual that has the air of a Hitler prodigy.
I am not happy with Obamacare…heck I am not happy with my student loans, but that doesn’t mean I am going to stop paying them or stop studying. Don’t make this upcoming election an emotional reaction to something of your dislike, but think thoroughly of the consequences to your selfish emotional reaction. It’s not about you and your problems, it’s way more than that… it’s about our future in this growing global world.
